- You will receive by email a photo of the spa gift certificate and the greeting card with your message handwritten. The recipient will receive the original when coming in for their appointment.
- Please be sure to fill out all information on the form.
- Double-check purchaser name and recipient name are in the correct spots on the form.
- First and last name of recipient is required to process gift card.
- We will then have all the necessary information on file and all they have to do is call and schedule a date and time convenient for them.
We process through PayPal, you will be prompted to click the PayPal button.

or don't have a PayPal account.

Please note: We require 24 hours notice to change or cancel appointments. Last minute cancellations and no shows will be charged the full amount for the time reserved. If a gift card is being redeemed, the amount for service scheduled will be subtracted from card total.
